1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access video calling features.

You must not have been previously banned from the Service.

You must follow all applicable local laws.

You represent that the information you provide during registration is truthful and accurate.

2. Account Registration & Security

• Create an account to access certain features.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose safety risks.

3. Description of the Service

NativBase lets you connect via random video calls, match based on language preferences, exchange messages, customize profiles, and access premium features through paid subscriptions.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without liability.

4. User Conduct Rules

• No harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or violence.
• No nudity, sexual content or behavior, endangering minors, grooming, self-harm promotion, or illegal activity.
• Do not record, screenshot, or capture video/audio without consent.
• Do not display inappropriate, sexual, violent, or offensive content in calls.
• No illegal substances or dangerous behavior.
• Do not manipulate or exploit other users.
• No reverse-engineering, disrupting, or interfering with the Service.
• Do not inject malware, unauthorized scripts, or bypass safety/moderation/matching systems.
• We may remove content or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.

5. User Content & License

• You retain ownership of your User Content (messages, profile info, and other materials).
• You grant NativBase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and transmit your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• We may remove User Content or restrict accounts for violations of these Terms or law.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

• Payments for premium features are processed by Stripe.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record); your purchase is subject to Stripe’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle; canceling stops future renewals but does not refund past charges.
• Pricing may change with reasonable notice; new pricing applies at your next renewal.
• Refunds follow Stripe’s refund policies; we do not guarantee refunds for partially used periods.
• Refunds may be granted in cases such as duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or when a premium feature fails to function as advertised and the issue cannot be resolved. Stripe’s support team may issue refunds at their discretion.

7. Prohibited Uses

• No illegal activity or impersonation.
• No solicitation or commercial promotion.
• Do not collect personal data from users without consent.
• Do not create multiple accounts to evade moderation.

8. Privacy & Data Usage

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store personal data.

We may collect account details, device and usage information, matching and call metadata, and moderation signals.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features if you violate these Terms, pose safety or fraud risks, or engage in harmful/illegal behavior.
• You may delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful matching, or that other users will behave appropriately.

Use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for user behavior, interactions, or User Content.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the last six months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent allowed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Tokyo, Japan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time and will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app.

Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
